Toastmaster 6102 Electric Knife Review

Toastmaster_electric_knife The Toastmaster 6102 electric knife is not as popular as other brands but we decided to take a look at it and see how it stacked up to other electric knives. We found a decent all purpose electric knife without many features or big complaints.

Toastmaster Electric Knife Features

The Toastmaster 6102 comes with 8" stainless steel blades and an ok powered motor. It also has a handle on the top for added leverage and make it easier for people with small hands to use.

Toastmaster 6102 Electric Knife Performance

The Toastmaster electric knife performs decently, cutting through bread just fine and making it through meats with a little additional effort. However, the Toastmaster is a little uncomfortable to hold and isn't very ergonomic, with a hard to reach trigger and a bad balance. The blades are also a little too flimsy.

Recommendation on the Toastmaster Electric Knife

For only $20 the Toastmaster 6102 is a decent electric knife, especially if that is all you can spend. You aren't getting a great electric knife but it should be passable until you can afford a better one such as the Cuisinart CEK-40 or the Black and Decker EK700 electric knives.
